Operational Orchestrator: You will drive a smooth clinic rhythm, ensuring on\-time starts and fast resolution of flow bottlenecks. Safety Guardian: You will maintain a "High Reliability Organization" culture, ensuring the clinic is audit\-ready every single day. People Developer: You will build stable, engaged teams through structured coaching, clear expectations, and visible skill growth paths.
