**Blue Collar Scholars \| Full\-Time \| Fully Remote** Blue Collar Scholars is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist** to own the front end of our employee hiring process. This role is responsible for developing qualified candidate pipelines, managing full\-cycle recruiting, completing pre\-employment and day\-one readiness requirements, and ensuring a smooth handoff to hiring managers for role\-specific training and development. **Reports to:** Chief Operating Officer **Employment Status:** Full\-Time, Exempt **Location:** Fully Remote **Compensation:** $60,000–$70,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for performance incentives What Success Looks Like * Maintain active, organized candidate pipelines for open positions. * Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. * Provide hiring managers with qualified candidates and clear interview coordination. * Maintain accurate offer and start\-date information. * Ensure every new employee is fully prepared for day one, including employment documents, payroll setup, equipment, and systems access. * Complete a smooth handoff of new hires to thei...
