As part of **Troon**, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. **Position Overview** The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager. The Assistant GM will help direct and administer all aspects of the operation and coordinates/administers the property’s policies and procedures as defined by the property’s ownership and/or Troon. **Compensation:** $50k BOE **Qualifications: Must Have** * 1\-3 years’ experience in the golf industry. * PGA Membership or PGA registered apprentice in good standing. * Must have experience in total golf facility management and demonstrated ability to run a professional, efficient, high quality, service\-oriented operation. **Experience and Skill Requirements:** * Four\-year college degree (preferably business related). * Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience. * Must be profic...
