Overview: Junior Logistics Specialist (PMS\-2026\-26200\) Bowhead seeks a Junior Logistics Specialist to support fleet maintenance operations and vessel support services at Kings Bay, Georgia. Duties include Inventory, Admin, and Purchasing. The candidate will also provide support to the organization’s Hazardous Material Manager, assisting in the preparations of Hazardous Material declaration forms and certifications. Responsibilities: Inventory – Assist in maintaining multiple inventories designated for specific projects. Coordinate shipping/receiving of inventories, ensuring no interruption in project timelines. Admin – Assist in special projects and programmatic assignments, covering a wide variety of subjects, which requires knowledge of company policies. Review, edit, and process memoranda, technical documents, and other communications, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Compile financial information to be used in the formulation of budget proposals. Maintain department files.
