As part of the SGT Services organization, the Services Portfolio Program Manager (Services Program Manager) leads a services program consisting of related services projects driving customer value realization and business outcomes. The Services Program Manager will lead the Services strategy, opportunity development and delivery of the program through realization of customer value. The Services Program Manager is responsible for managing the dependencies between projects, establishing and publishing clear priorities among projects and program activities, coordinating the projects effectively and establishing the required program governance model.
