Your role will be to:Run the experiment loop: hypothesis, spec, launch, readout, ship or kill. Keep a steady cadence of live tests.Find the next bets from data, research, and member feedback - not from a backlog of random ideas.Spec and land a small number of features with design and engineering; you are accountable for the outcome, not the ticket.Share results in a way the rest of Tandem can act on.You are the right fit for ...
