This individual will provide strategic leadership, oversee project financial performance, foster strong client relationships, and mentor project management staff. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will:** Provide leadership and oversight for multiple projects and/or large, complex construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project partners. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team members.
