**Curbside Delivery Team Lead** **Schedule: Will include one weekend day** **Pay: $25 per hour** **Homemakers Aim** To be Iowa’s preferred furniture store by providing exceptional experiences for our customers and employees. **Job Summary:** The Curbside Team Lead supports the daily execution of delivery operations within the Curbside department. This role provides hands\-on leadership to drivers, monitors DOT compliance, supports multi\-state delivery coordination, and ensures delivery standards are met across all service areas. The Team Lead assists the Curbside Manager in maintaining operational efficiency, safety compliance, driver accountability, and overall customer satisfaction.
