The Vice President, Sales \& Marketing, Nephrology is the senior commercial leader responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and long\-term growth of Voyxact. This role is accountable for maximizing patient impact and business results through integrated leadership of marketing, sales, thought leader engagement, market development, and commercial execution. As the commercial lead for the brand, the Vice President will guide the transition from early launch to sustainable growth by accelerating patient identification and diagnosis, optimizing treatment adoption, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring strong cross\-functional execution across the organization. The Vice President will lead a team of commercial leaders, including those responsible for the marketing, field sales, field operations and thought leader liaison functions as well as lead the cross functional brand team and overall PnL responsibility for the brand.
