Episcopal Retirement Services (ERS) is seeking a full time Director of Accounting to provide organization\-wide accounting leadership for ERS and all associated entities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, financial reporting, internal controls, audit coordination, tax compliance, financial regulatory reporting, as well as the management and development of the accounting team members.
