**Property:** Sofia South Plainfield **Location:** South Plainfield, NJ **Job Type:** Full\-Time, On\-Site **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with availability for after\-hours emergencies **Salary:** Based on experience Job Description Forest Living Management Group is hiring an experienced, hands\-on Property Manager for Sofia South Plainfield, a 156\-unit garden\-style apartment community. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the property, stays on top of leasing, walks the grounds daily, closely monitors renovations, and makes sure residents are taken care of. This is a full\-time, on\-site position. We need someone who is proactive, organized, and knows exactly what is happening at the property at all times. Key Responsibilities * **Leasing:** Actively manage leasing, follow up with prospects, conduct showings, and work to maintain high occupancy. * **Daily Property Walks:** Inspect grounds, buildings, common areas, vacant apartments, and ongoing work daily. * **Renovation Oversight:** Stay on top of apartment renovations, monitor progress, and ensure units are completed properly and on schedule. * **Maintenance Coordination:** Work closely with the exi...
