### **Retail Pharmacy Supervisor/ Manager – Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations and staff. * Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. * Monitor operational and financial performance and prepare monthly reports. * Oversee pharmacy purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost\-effective medication availability. * Manage pharmacy information and dispensing systems for accuracy and efficiency. * Provide staff training, performance feedback, and professional development. * Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and governmental standards. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; **PharmD preferred**. * **5 years of professional pharmacy experience**, including **2 years of management experience**. * Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. * Current, active, unrestricted Pharmacist license; **Arizona license preferred**. * BLS certification required within the specified timeframe. * PGY1 residency and immunization/vaccine administration experience preferred. \#Workwolf
