**Controller** **Club Pelican Bay \| Naples, Florida** Club Pelican Bay is seeking an experienced and service\-oriented **Controller** to join our Finance leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller is responsible for overseeing the Club's accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and financial analysis functions. This position partners closely with department leaders to support sound fiscal management, operational excellence, and exceptional member service. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the day\-to\-day operations of the Accounting Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and General Ledger functions. * Manage the monthly closing process and prepare accurate, timely financial statements and reporting packages for leadership and department heads. * Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, account analyses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related reconciliations. * Assist the CFO with annual operating and capital budgets, forecasting, and financial ...
