**Location:** UCHealth UCHlth Emergency Firestone, US:CO:Firestone **Department:** UCHlthMGL Firestone UrgentCare Work Schedule: Part Time, 48\.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) **Shift:** Flex **Pay:** $21\.49 \- $27\.94 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Provides emergent/urgent patient care under the direction of a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner and/or registered nurse. Responsibilities: Coordinates flow of patients in the department to optimize throughput; keeps patients apprised of delays. Observes patients and notifies the provider and/or RN immediately if patient appears in distress. Prepares patients to see the provider; assists prior to, during, and following examination. Inserts Foley catheters, performs complex splinting, and performs venipuncture for the purpose of drawing blood or inserting a saline lock. Maintains exam and treatment rooms and other areas.
