**Real Estate Project Manager – Site Development** **Position Summary** We are seeking a Real Estate Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, site development, and real estate development. This position will support projects from initial due diligence and site evaluation through entitlements, permitting, and municipal approvals. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on site\-development experience and the ability to review technical information, identify project risks, evaluate site conditions, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, municipalities, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage site\-acquisition due diligence, zoning reviews, site constraints, and technical studies. * Review civil, environmental, traffic, geotechnical, utility, and other development information. * Assist with conceptual site plans, zoning analysis, and AutoCAD layouts. * Coordinate entitlement, zoning, permitting, and municipal approval processes. * Work with architects, civil engineers, surveyors, consultants, agencies, and municipalities. * Attend municipal meetings, hearings, and project meetings. * Track schedules, approvals, budgets, project documentation, and ...
