The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing training support, interim leadership on location during high\-volume periods, bridging staffing gaps, providing on\-the\-ground training, supporting new store openings and transition phases. The successful person will have the ability to adapt, lead with influence, and maintain operational efficiency. The Support Manager will operate within a designated market area (approximately a 35\-mile radius), reporting to various locations based on daily or weekly needs.
