We’re a boutique firm, so you’ll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy. **Job Description** * Accurately populate standardized templates with financial data and keep them current as deals progress. * Gather and organize documents needed for transaction closings * Assist with updating trackers, checklists, and internal databases as deals progress * Respond to routine internal requests for data or status updates **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required * 1\-2 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus * Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel * Effective time management and ability to multitask * Attention to detail * Strong writing skills **Additional Information** Compensation is $60\-75K
