This job isn't.** Aegis builds power supplies for defense and aerospace the hardware inside radar systems, avionics, and military vehicles. Our customers are engineers and program managers at defense primes and government agencies. Which creates an interesting marketing problem: how do you take something genuinely complicated and make a buyer care about it in thirty seconds? That's your job here. **You do not need an engineering background.** You need to be curious enough to keep asking “okay, but what does that actually do?” until you understand it and a good enough writer to then explain it to someone else. This is marketing in a niche, high\-stakes industry.
