We are seeking an Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This position will support the Controller and accounting department with day\-to\-day administrative tasks including data entry, customer support, and accounts payable/accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have experience in AP/AR, data reconciliation, and strong administrative and computer skills. Responsibilities: * Accurately and efficiently process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Utilize accounting software to post transactions, manage financial data, and generate reports. * Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in financial records or inventory data. * Reconcile and update inventory records to ensure consistency with financial documentation. * Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for data tracking. * Assist with software upgrade and transition. * As a small company, additional duties may be assigned to ensure the business is operating efficiently.
