**JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Advanced understanding of project and program management processes, including scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality, communication, stakeholder management, and change management. * Strong working knowledge of PLM, NPD/NPI, stage\-gate governance, product release, and lifecycle decision processes. * Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, quality systems, regulatory requirements, service readiness, and production readiness. * Knowledge of requirements management, Engineering Change Management, change control, configuration management, document control, and product data governance. * Ability to manage multiple complex programs, priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables with limited supervision. * Ability to influence and coordinate cross\-functional teams without direct authority, resolve conflict, negotiate commitments, and facilitate difficult conversations. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive\-level summaries, gate\-review packages, presentations, dashboards, and program reports. * Ability to identify program risks, schedule constr...
