**Job Summary:** The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in directing the daily operations of their Andy’s store in support of the Mission, Values and Culture while role modeling Andy’s Standard of Excellence and taking ownership of functional responsibilities within the store. The Assistant General Manager assists in ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations to include but not limited to: product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance and financial accountability.
