As a Junior YouTube Channel Manager at Quintus Studios, you'll help manage and grow our YouTube channels while developing your skills in content operations, audience growth, and channel strategy alongside an experienced team. Working closely with our acquisition and production teams, you'll help with the publishing process, optimize channel performance, and develop your skills in audience growth, content strategy, and platform management. Tasks Support the management and optimization of our existing YouTube channels. Assist with launching new channel concepts and formats. Help prepare videos for publishing, uploading content, writing titles and descriptions, creating thumbnails and simple edits. Monitor channel performance and contribute ideas for optimisation. Requirements What We're Looking For A strong interest in YouTube, social media, and digital content.
