In this role, you will connect strategy to execution so community\-focused initiatives launch smoothly and responsibly. You will partner across Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to set clear ways of working that protect our customers, our communities, and our firm. You will influence across teams and levels, turning complex requirements into practical solutions that scale. As a Head of Change Management in the Community and Business Development team, you will define and operationalize policies, procedures, and change practices that help us serve the communities where we operate while maintaining a strong risk and controls environment. You will work closely with partners across Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to coordinate initiatives from design through implementation.
