Provide safe, high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** **A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):** **Required for consideration**: Pharm.D. or bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 5\-year program. **B.
