Julington Creek Animal Hospital is a family owned animal hospital established in 1975\. We added a premier luxury pet resort with a 9 acre dog park, daycare, boarding and grooming services in 2002\. We are looking to add an outgoing, friendly customer service specialist that is able to multi\-task in a fast paced environment. **Minimum one year previous experience working in an animal hospital is required.** Previous experience with Ezyvet or Gingr software is a plus but not necessary. Flexible schedules but must be able to work rotating weekends. Typical schedules would be 7am \- 6:30pm, 7am \- 2pm, or 12pm \- 6:30\. Saturdays are 8am \- 1:30pm. Off Sundays and holidays. The purpose of this position is to enhance the customer service experience. This is done by: exhibiting a high degree of customer focus \& oral communication skills, displaying a thorough knowledge of Animal Walk and Animal Hospital products, procedures and telephone techniques, following safety procedures, and displaying initiative and dependability.
