**Medical Assistant – Urgent Care – Full\-Time Position – Raleigh Location** We’re seeking a dependable and patient\-focused **Medical Assistant** to join our Orthopaedic Urgent Care team. In this fast\-paced environment, you’ll assist providers with patient evaluations, support urgent care procedures, and deliver hands\-on patient care and education. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and room patients, obtain chief complaint, vital signs, and document accurately * Assist providers with patient evaluations, urgent care procedures, and exams * Identify and communicate abnormal findings or changes in patient condition * Apply casts, splints, and wraps; perform wound care and dressing changes * Remove sutures/staples and provide patient education on injury care and recovery * Prepare and administer injections under provider supervision * Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and follow\-up care * Document patient communications, clinical notes, and orders in the EHR * Support patient flow in a high\-volume urgent care setting, including managing wait times and expectations * Clean, sterilize, and maintain clinical equipment and treatment areas * Stock exam rooms and ensure clinica...
