This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our market presence and support initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals. * Creating and running marketing campaigns to attract new residents and get attention from families of potential residents. * Spending time creating regular marketing overviews. * Identifying strategies to increase occupancy. * Creating advertising, email campaigns events and social media. * Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials that drive advertising sales.
