Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences. About the Role: We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct response advertising and understands how to turn insights, emotions, and objections into ads that scale. **NOTE: This is a remote role under an independent contractor agreement.** You will own the creative strategy behind our paid ads, from ideation and angles to briefing, testing, iteration, and scaling. You'll work closely with media buyers, creators, editors, and founders to continuously push performance while staying aligned with the brand vision.
