Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support security operations at Orlando International Airport (MCO). Reporting to the Site Manager, the Assistant Manager provides leadership, operational oversight, workforce management, and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of airport security services in accordance with contract requirements, airport regulations, and company standards. This position serves as a key member of the airport leadership team and is responsible for supporting a 24/7 operation through employee supervision, training, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, customer service, and operational readiness. Qualified candidates must have a current State of Florida Class "MB" Security License.
