**Role Overview** We are looking for a hands\-on Warehouse \& Logistics Manager to run day\-to\-day operations at our Dallas\-area warehouse while partnering closely with our Director of Logistics on order processing, reporting, and broader supply chain initiatives. This is a dual\-focus role, part floor leadership, part cross\-functional support, for someone who is equally comfortable managing a team on the warehouse floor and handling reporting and process improvement at the desk. **Warehouse Operations Leadership:** * Own daily warehouse operations: receiving, put\-away, picking, packing, and shipping * Supervise, schedule, and develop warehouse staff * Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant facility (OSHA standards, equipment inspections) * Own inventory accuracy, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliation * Coordinate with carriers and freight partners on inbound/outbound shipments * Troubleshoot day\-of operational issues such as staffing gaps, equipment downtime, and order surges **Logistics \& Order Processing Support:** * Support the Director of Logistics with order processing, including reviewing, prioritizing, and troubleshooting orders through...
