**Description** **Project Engineer** The Waldinger Corporation / Pro Electric is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our Electrical Construction team in Kansas City. This is a great opportunity for an early\-career engineer who wants hands\-on project experience, mentorship from experienced Project Managers, and a clear path for growth in a stable, established company. **What You'll Do** In this role, you'll get real exposure to how projects actually come together \- from planning through execution \- while working alongside experienced engineers and managers who will help you build your skills. * **Project Planning \& Coordination:** Help develop and implement project plans and schedules, submit RFIs, manage documentation, and coordinate resources to keep deliverables on track. * **Engineering Support:** Perform technical calculations and evaluations, review drawings and specifications for accuracy, and provide guidance to field personnel on construction methods. * **Quality Assurance:** Monitor build quality and materials, conduct inspections and audits, and help resolve issues quickly and effectively. * **Cost Control:** Track project costs against budget and help i...
