The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day\-to\-day operations of multifamily renovation construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Project Manager will monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide leadership on\-site to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
