*FLOORING PROJECT MANAGER* **Your responsibilities Regarding Project Management including both inhouse and new clients includes but not limited to the Following:** Assist with Submittals. Meeting in the office to go over entire scope of work and looking into any Missing Transitions, Setting Materials, waterproofing etc. and any other Misc Items and Ordering these Materials. Site Meeting with the Supervisor to ensure the Job is ready for Installation and also address any CO’s not included in the original scope. Preparing and Sending CO’s. Scheduling Jobs with the Installers and sending an Email to the GC mentioning about Timelines and also addressing with the Office to put the Schedule on the Calendar. Sending constant Emails regarding any delays at the Job Site as a proof to avoid GC’s holding Opler liable for delays. Effective Communication between the Installers and the Site Supervisor. You are 100% Responsible for Installers Quality and Timelines and understanding the scope in entirety and the issue should not be just reported to the office but should be solved by you. You are responsible for ordering all the Setting Materials, Grout, Waterproofing Membrane, Transitions etc. Bef...
