We are looking for a motivated customer service specialist with an affiliation to engineered industrial and medical products to join our Sales Department at the Williamsburg, VA site: **Tasks and Responsibilities**: * Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations * Handle customer purchase orders/ changes/ returns according to company policies and procedures * Send order confirmation to customer within 48 hours of order placement * Communicate the status of order if delayed * Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotes * Communicate pricing on all products to customers as required * Work closely with sales, supply chain, production, and shipping to internally communicate customer requirements and concerns * Support the creation of production jobs * Be active in the maintenance and development of work instructions and work processes * Process NCR (Non\-Conformance Reports) as necessary to assure same errors do not repeat themselves * Maintain customer confidentiality * Actively participate in department meetings and offer suggestions on improvements **Qualifications:** * Associate degree preferred in applicable field * Ideally, working experience i...
