### **Tax Manager** **Schedule: Full\-Time:** 40\+ hours per week (up to 60\+ during tax season/as needed) **Compensation:** $120,000 \- $170,000 based on experience **Location:** Remote in TX, TN, or FL #### **Role Overview** As a Tax Manager at DiLucci CPA Firm, you'll spend the majority of your time doing the work that actually matters most: final review of complex returns, direct client communication, and close coordination with our planning team to make sure strategy and execution never fall out of sync. You won't be buried in low\-level prep work; you'll be the last set of eyes that ensures accuracy, catches what others miss, and turns technical work into real client confidence. This role will also put genuinely difficult returns in front of you, the kind that stretch your technical skill and keep you learning, not just repeating the same work year after year.
