Growing together.** The Senior Financial Analyst will support the OptumCare Arizona/New Mexico Financial Planning \& Analysis team, primarily within the Employed Group space. This role will lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, provider compensation modeling, incentive calculations, and clinical P\&L performance reporting.
