We are looking for a hands\-on Construction Operations Manager to lead our Build Department and improve the way our field and administrative teams work together. This position offers the opportunity to lead the entire construction operation and have a direct voice in improving the company’s systems, team structure, and project performance. About the Position The Construction Operations Manager will oversee both the field and administrative sides of our Build Department. This person will be responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating schedules, holding team members accountable, improving client communication, and ensuring project information is accurate and current.
