LaunchCode is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own Accounts Payable and serve as a core contributor to payroll processing and monthly close. The role owns the AP cycle end to end through Bill.com and QuickBooks, runs payroll on a hard biweekly cutoff, and maintains restricted\-funding tracking so grant and donor dollars stay within their intended restrictions. Accuracy, timeliness, and clean documentation are the defining expectations, since this work feeds directly into month\-end close, audit, and funder reporting.
