### **Description** The Performance Marketing Coordinator supports the Performance Marketing team by coordinating paid media, affiliate partnerships, influencer attribution, PR seeding, email, and advertising\-related initiatives. This role is designed for a high\-potential marketing professional who is building experience in performance marketing and is interested in developing hands\-on knowledge across major paid media platforms and business suites. The coordinator will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, cross\-functional teams, and external partners to keep campaigns organized, support partner communications, coordinate creative needs, track performance, and contribute to the continued growth of ABH’s performance marketing programs. **Paid Media \& Performance Marketing Support** * Support paid media and performance marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels. * Develop working knowledge of major paid media business suites and platform tools, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and related reporting platforms. * Assist with campaign calendars, briefs, launch timelines, asset hand...
