**Business Development Coordinator Job Overview** The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team organize and prioritize potential leads, and keeping our tracking and reporting systems organized and up to date. **Business Development Coordinator Responsibilities** * Filter incoming sales inquiries for relevance and capture relevant demographic and project data to inform estimate prioritization. * Organizing and compiling CRM data into reports to assist with bids, estimating and revenue potential. * Liaise between Sales, Estimating and Project Management teams to ensure bidding and project timeframes are in line with contractual obligations. * Communicate production bottlenecks and setbacks to leadership for resolution. * Assist Sales with organizing and attending customer meetings, conferences, and inspections. * Provide excellent customer service support to current customers, prospective customers, and past customers. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and interviews to enhance repeat business and brand recognition potential. * Assist with management of social media, marketing and brand presence on and offline. * Planning and procurement of b...
