### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 13, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position requiring critical care experience, NY license in hand, and EPIC proficiency. ### **Details** * 16\-bed Medical ICU treating sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, pre\-VAD workups, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi\-organ failure, post cardiac arrest/TTM, respiratory failure/shock, CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, and Impella patients * Patient ratio of 1:2 with occasional 1:1 based on acuity * Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00\-07:30 * Every other weekend required * Floating required * EPIC charting system used ### **Requirements** * Active NY RN license required in hand * Minimum 2 years of MICU experience required * Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS * EPIC charting experience required * Teaching hospital experience preferred * Proficient in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, and 12\-lead EKG/ECG * Skilled in arterial line and central line care/management * Experience with continuous IV sedation, vasoactive and cardiac drip titr...
