**Position Overview** The Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned site, ensuring programs and services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with the organization's mission. This role oversees staff and volunteers, manages site logistics, maintains compliance with organizational policies, and serves as the primary point of contact for participants, community partners, and visitors. This position reports directly to the CEO.
