**Job Description: Project Manager – CRM Implementation** **Onsite in North Chicago (4 days a week)** **US Based Candidates only** **No 3rd Parties** **Position Overview** The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of system integrations as part of a large\-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation program. The role will coordinate cross\-functional business and technology teams to ensure the CRM solution is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. Working closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners, the Project Manager will manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues while driving accountability, stakeholder alignment, and implementation readiness through go\-live and post\-implementation stabilization. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Planning and Delivery:** Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and budgets.
