**Summary** ----------- The **King County Sheriff's Office, Finance, Budget and Accounting** team is recruiting for a Budget and Finance Officer II. This role supports procurement, financial transactions, auditing, and system improvements while ensuring compliance with King County policies and regulations. It independently manages complex procurement operations, processes detailed financial activities, assists with grant\-related requirements, and provides analytical support across programs. The position also serves in a lead role for three (3\) Fiscal Specialists, offering training, workload coordination, and guidance on financial procedures. **WHO MAY APPLY:** This position is open to the public. **NOTE**: This recruitment will initially be used to fill the current vacancy. It will also create an eligibility list to fill future vacancies of the same classification for the Sheriff's Office. The list will be valid for one (1\) year.
