Reporting to the Director, the incumbent is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating simulation center operations in support of undergraduate, graduate, and continuing professional education programs. The Simulation Operations Manager oversees simulation technologies, facilities, inventory systems, equipment maintenance, learning spaces, operational budgets, and staffing resources. The incumbent directly supervises two Simulation Operations Specialists and student employees, establishes operational priorities and workflows, develops and implements policies and procedures, and ensures simulation and laboratory activities are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with academic and organizational goals.
