**Operations Manager** **Classification:** Exempt **Reports to:** General Manager **Direct Reports:** Supervisors, Team Leaders, Skilled and Unskilled Labor in the Manufacturing Facility at the Seattle, WA location **Summary** The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the facility through demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of continuous improvement in all manufacturing core competencies including safety, quality, growth, and productivity.
