**GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB** The Commercial Project Manager, Property Management is a hybrid project management and field leadership position responsible for the successful execution of Stancil Services' Commercial Property Management, commercial painting, and assigned small commercial projects from project handoff through final completion and closeout. This position combines the planning, financial oversight, customer communication, and documentation responsibilities of a Project Manager with hands\-on field leadership, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management, in\-house crew coordination, and production oversight. The position serves as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects and works directly with customers, general contractors, property managers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and Stancil leadership.
