The Vendor Relations Specialist is the front line of Amerit's vendor management operation, responsible for onboarding, qualification, and day\-to\-day relationship management with our vendor network. This role is highly communicative—spending approximately 40% of the day on phone calls—managing both inbound vendor inquiries and outbound prospecting to identify qualified vendors that meet customer needs. The Specialist works alongside the Manager of Vendor Relations \& Dispute Resolution to ensure vendors are properly set up, compliant, and performing to Amerit standards.
