**Job Summary:** BDO is seeking a senior manager level professional to do change management/training support for Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies. This role involves guiding organizations through complex system and process transformations. This person must be skilled in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and training strategy design that reduce user resistance. Proven track record of increasing project adoption rates through structured change frameworks.
