The Preconstruction Intern will build a foundational understanding of securing profitable new work, mitigating risk, and strengthening client relations. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** * Develop an overall understanding of the various managerial processes, administrative requirements, and construction contract administration at the construction site and the corporate headquarters. * Assist with Preconstruction withdrawing and document coordination, electronic distribution of drawings to bidders, contacting prospective bidders, updating bid lists, prequalification process, site visits, take\-offs from plans, attending pre\-bid meetings, and bid opening. * Active involvement in day\-to\-day communication with Project Teams, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, Inspectors, and Owners. * Research and g...
